Its English founder Guy Berridge continues a family tradition in construction that stretches back to the 1920s. Guy attended Oxford Brookes University – attaining a First Class honours degree in Hotel Management and went on to pursue a successful career in this field. He was invited to bring his hotel / real estate expertise to several joint venture property projects in London and Sandbanks in 1995 and finally moved to Barbados with his wife and two daughters in 2004.
